All of them?!

yeah, I browse by refreshing the 'new posts' button and just dip in here and there, it's a bit scattergun as I said, but I never use the subscribe feature as such.
EDIT - this is dangerous when I'm drunk and bored as I find myself in fricken' commutoX territory, where I have no right to be

Just purchased a CAADX 5 cyclocross bike and it comes with some Tektro Cantilever brakes.
I've been advised than Mini-V brakes may be better but I haven't got a clue. Any suggestions on a half decent set?
Let me have a rummage - I may actually have some.

I ordered something from amazon on Friday, got the dispatch email on Saturday and it was first class delivery. Its Tuesday now and its still not here.
Noticed the post code was a bit wrong but the rest of the address is fine, prior orders have always made it here (work).
What's the deal with Saturday dispatches?/Craig david

What's the deal with Saturday dispatches?
It's given to Royal Mail whence upon a stochastic process similar to that of Deal or No Deal is implemented.
Good luck, have you got a good feeling about Wednesday?

I'm hoping... something that was dispatched on Friday arrived this morning...

I am looking for a good but cheap bike stand. All those i can find seem to be in the £100 mark, is there anything cheaper without loosing quality?
I guess what i am asking is more about, have you tried a good one, rather than UTFgoogleS.
Lidl seemed to have the bike stands back in, they're OK, not best quality bike shops ones, but for a home stand they're not bad.
I think there were still some there when I was last in (Mitcham branch)

How cool is riding one of those sandwich delivery cargo bikes through a red light, over the crossroads at Goswell Road, while on your phone?
-
• #33087
as it's a sandwich bike I hope he cut across the junction diagonally, the sandwiches will taste better.

Need some chain advice, I have tried these:
KMC Z510S, not as quiet as the HX version
KMC Z510HX, quietest
SRAM PC7X, noisier than the KMCs
Izumi track chain - black, how loud is this! (this is what I have just put on the bike)I started out with the Z510HX, now I am louder than ever :(
What's a decent quiet chain?

Looking at a bundle from a shop that comprises an SRM power meter and a Garmin Edge 500.
I've emailed them, and they would upgrade the 500 to the 800 for $350.
I can find the 500 online for £155/$245, and the 800 for £260/$410.
So, a difference of ~£105/$165, rather than the $350 that the chap has quoted.
Which leads me to think that I should just get it with the 500, then flog that and get the 800.
Question- what would a NIB 500 be worth?
EDIT- bundle is this one:
Includes wireless heart rate monitor to keep you in your target zones when training, a speed/cadence sensor and MapSource CityNavigator detailed street maps on a preloaded data card

Depends on colour - if you can get a red one, I'll give you $50
