kind of waiting on my first settlement offer from the insurers now (7 days left on deadline) so in mean time rather than twiddle my thumbs I have had a brief exchange with scherrit over email regarding getting a bike fit.
seems like the plan of action will be to have an initial consultation and see if the look frame is a good fit for me and if not [ :'( ] then find some decent alternatives that would be, then once I have a frame and the build starts proper have a full fitting to determine the right lengths for things like stem, cleat positioning etc
