Yeah, is this what happened? Are Boris' 'superhighways' causing animosity between cyclists and other road users?
I was not on the blue stuff, I was maintaining a primary position due to the fast traffic on that particular stretch of road, it's the only place I take a strong stand on.
Police were good, they said it appear quite obvious the driver create the collision rather than I being in the wrong by hitting it from behind, they're also aware that I am in the right despite driver's protest that I was in the wrong and shouldn't have been on the road (i.e. not the blue stuff).
Not that it does matter but the driver is from Crawley, quite a way from London.
It's probably just the usual confusion about cycle 'facilities', that they're mandatory for people on bikes (as is the case in some Continental countries).
