If you mean you're not going to sell things to people at those prices because you'd rather see if someone offers more, that's not really how it works here.

The prices you give are the prices you want, and if you'll take a lower offer then it's all good.

But if you're looking for Ebay without the fees, it's not here.

HBO auctions is well known. You should know em. It's common. It's highest bidder over the price listed. Not that difficult :-).

Therefor people can start bidding at the listed price and then people can bid over that.
