• I put this up for sale in March, my first buyer fell through, life got hectic and I just didn't get back on the forum to chase up the other interested buyers. I'm now properly back on a bike again (after 18 months off following a back injury) and want to both free up some space and cash for other projects. To keep thing simple (for me) I'm very loathe to post this, so collection only please from near London Bridge (where I work). Am planning to be more active on the forum now, but please pm me if interested rather than just dibs in thread, priority given to people who pm rather than dibs 1st. Hope that doesn't sounds a bit miserable, like I say just want to keep things simple.

Frame is one of the first track frames that On One/Planet X produced when they branded them under On One instead of Planet X. Has aero shaped tubing, with a cut-out seat-tube, a tear shaped carbon fiber seat post and an all carbon aero fork (which is drilled to take a brake). Price drop to bump, looking for £175 for frame, seat post, forks, integrated headset and Planet X saddle.

Sorry if the pics are a bit crap, still having to rely on iphone rather than camera, but here they are:

    Any questions, just pm me.

  • Pictures added & £20 price drop.

  • Tempted. How tall are you? I'm 5'8 with 32 leg

  • Will the frame take a rear brake?

  • dibs. pm coming for offer.

  • what size is the steerer? 1" or 1 and 1/8?

  • Will the frame take a rear brake?
Sorry, no drilling for a rear brake, just a front.

  • what size is the steerer? 1" or 1 and 1/8?
Has a 1.125" steerer with integrated headset.

    Just pm'd you back :-)

  • is this still up for grabs?

  • +1: is this still available, or is it gone?

Anyone else looking to get shot of one of these (ideally a little larger)?

  • Also interested if still available.

  • Back up for sale again, price drop to justify bumping thread.

  • Hi, I am interested and am sending you a PM, cheers

  • poly, I am in 'the nursery' as I am a new member so I am unable to send PMs just at the moment

  • I think after this third message I can send PMs so I'll get one to you asap

  • Hi Poly I just recieved your message but still can't receive PMs for some reason. While I wait for the nursery period to end can you tell me what size the frame is in cm? cheers

  • It's a 54cm frame, pretty sure the top tube is 54cm centre-to-centre and the seat tube is 54cm centre-to-top. I'll double check tonight.

  • Hi Poly, apologies for the late reply, I have PM function finally so check your box

  • Has this been sold?

  • Going to meet up with timg23 some time next week so he can have a look at it, but no definite offers just now, so still or sale. No offence timg23, but if I get a firm offer before we can connect will sell to them, hope you understand.

Just to confirm sizing, top tube is 54cm centre-to-centre, seat tube is 44cm centre-to-centre and 53cm centre-to-top.

Seat tube is 44cm?! Not 54? Haha. How tall are you mate?

Hmmm! Have a nagging feeling that I may be being a bit thick or missing something, but yes the seat tube is 44cm centre-to-centre.

Why does this surprise you? In my experience semi-compact geometry results in a shortened centre-to-centre seat tube measurement, as does the higher bottom bracket of a track bike, so under the circumstance a 44cm centre-to-centre seat tube doesn't seem that remarkable, the seat tube is 53cm centre-to-top, not the 54cm I was expecting before I measured it. So not quite square with the top tube.

Like I said am I being a bit thick or missing something? Why is this geometry so surprising?

  • This is now sold, thanks for all the interest.
