  • Having taken the crank off the bike, I don't want to charge £100 for it. There are scuffs and a slight mis-threading on the left arm - still works/fits fine, but you'll see it. So price reduced to £50.

  • pmd re cranks

  • god dam^ absolute bargain

  • Sure am, in fact that beauty was built just round the corner. Robin is fast becoming a master imho..
Interested in technomic stem also, thanks.
    The wheels a steal!

  • Also pmd re cranks. And chainring.

  • Dibs Chainring

  • Cranks are an absolute steal!

  • Have updated the list of parts which are sold (see above). The cranks were popular!

Can't think why....can it because they were £50?.....must be bargain of the year!

  • Have created a separate thread for the wheels, now the bike is being broken down.

    Hope that's OK.

  • Can't find my tools for removing the Phil Wood bottom bracket, so am including BB in the F&F price above.

  • Bloody bargain classified thread of the month !!

  • Here are some pictures of the frame taken today, with just headset and bottom bracket installed. For many more pictures taken by Robin of the actual frame build, see here: http://josswinn.org/fixie/mather/build/images.html

There are a couple more recent images of the frame and fork in this Flickr set: http://www.flickr.com/photos/joss-winn/sets/72157630811227764/

£900 + delivery, includes Dura Ace headset and Phil Wood BB.

  • £900 ono for the frame, fork and headset. I'm getting PMs asking the same. A Mather frame sold in June on eBay for about £850 but didn’t have the stainless crown. I'm out all day so difficult to reply here until later, but if anyone is interested in parts or the frame, please leave a message. Thank you.

Correction: the other Mather sold on eBay for £650, frame, fork, headset. I still think £900 is a fair price for this frame. The lugwork on mine has much more carving and the fork crown is polished stainless. Plus, I'm including a Phil Wood bottom bracket with mine. Still, it was £650, not £850 and didn't mean to mislead anyone.

  • Brilliant frame from one of Britain's best young frame builder.....worth it in this case i think...bearing in mind the headset and BB and the lugwork etc.

  • The Mather F&F is now sold.

  • Who ever has bought it will not be sorry.

  • I hope not Marxist :)

  • I hope not Marxist :)

    Did you buy it?

  • Am in process of, but am traveling now. If you spot me around SE or central say hello. Also often on Saturday at Herne Hill.

  • How much do you want for it???

  • I am buying it to ride it not to flip it.

  • I am buying it to ride it not to flip it.

It is a an investment.....it is beyond a mere track frame.....i wish you well in using it....you won't notice anybody or anything riding that...but a lot of people will notice you.....coming down to earth...make sure it is properly insured.
