Stolen bikes

Just had my wheels nicked outside the Royal Oak on Columbia Road. They were nothing special but if anyone sees a pair of white deep V's with Joytech hubs being flogged around brick lane they're probably mine. Feel free to choke him with them.

It was partly my own fault - Krypto D lock round frame/lampost, wheels exposed. I know, I know. Went out in a bad mood and forgot my chain.

Did they have track nuts as well?? Or were they quick release?

I always feel safer with track nuts, but I guess they can be removed pretty quickly with a spanner as well
