Hi All, :)
Some few more updates.
The bike was transfered to another garage for undercoating and spraying the frame. Today I sprayed another 2 layers of undercoat (3 in total), and also sprayed the frame frame to white. As I really like the model in link below, I'm thinking of doing mine the same colour etc.

Pictures of the updates below, any suggestions or information about the outcome are very welcome.

You've left the Headset fitted and the headbadge on...
-
• #30
^ Was just about to say the same.
You're going to need a new headset, if you can get the old one off now.
-

Hi nutsjesmoar and tommmmmmm - as for the headbadge I am going to remove the paint from it (with a steelwool) or remove it completely before continuing with the respraying, and as for the headset, currently I am still going to use the same ones, they are currently masked with tape and not spraying directly on them.
Is it better if I change them?

And another coat on the frame. Overall everything seems going good, and also restored the steering. :)

Tried the brake handles I am going to use, got them from my previous Raleigh Milk I had before, and seems to fit pretty good.

Next is to install the stem on the steering and hopefully by the end of this week also install it on the frame.

Looks great so far!

Yep :), now I need to install the stem to the steering / handlebar, and all goes well, lacquer the frame and fork, and continue to clean up some more parts left.

Hi All,
Below are few updates and images about the current state of the bike. :)
My other current updates are restoring the rims and restore the headsets and the front headbadge.

• #36
please tell me you've still marked the bottom of the headset.

• #37
The paint looks good :)

• #38
Hi edscoble - the paint is to be removed from the headset, and it can be removed easily as only one coating was done without the masking tape. (already removed almost half the paint) :)
Hi Dendenium - thanks for the comment :)

Hi Kaaaaaaandries,
Thanks for your comment :), currently no updates are available, appart from trying to install the handlebars in the stem. (currently the handlebars and the stem are both at a local bike shop trying to install it himself).
Will let you know if I find more information about the model in links above.

KidDynamite
Check this out Link
That model is called Raleigh Team Cadet.
Hope you find that helpful :)
I guess Raleigh used many names as someone I know recently bought one that looks like that and it's called a Raleigh Corsa.

Thanks kaaaaaaandries & firefoxed,
Both looks very similar to each other, the only difference might be the manufacture year or some pipe sizes maybe.
I think someone from this forum has more information about this model :)

Hi All,
It's been a while since I last posted some updates, but back with some updates and more pics :)
The bike is coming up really clean and as expected.
Yesterday I taped the handlebars, it was the first time I every taped a handlebar, but overall came up really well also.
Still have some more progress to be done, any comments are welcome :)
Thanks.
