You mainly work for tips there so I suppose it might be quite easy but they also have training you have to do to be a bartender and stuff so you might struggle without that.
Be careful on your way in, they can ask you for alsorts of stuff like how your going to pay for your stay. I've been to NYC twice this year and got grilled the second time on the way in, why was I there what was I going to do and stuff, thought I maybe wouldn't get in during it.
