I'd start looking, but Mark (nesbit) has also done the leg work on behalf of everyone and has a short list of cheaper places to stay, the details will be in your player email later this week, sorry for the delay.
We're looking into the group buy thing, but unless the LHBPA rent all the rooms (cash flow problem) then it may prove tricky... we'll try and secure a discount phrase/code for booking with, it'd only be 10% or so.
Also, it would be awesome if we could house all the NA/Japan/Aus teams, please step forward if you have some floor space... there will be a free "staff beer" keg at the Open that is currently reserved for (hard working) volunteers, but we can extend this to anyone housing a team.
