Post Your Pets

So we went to a cat sanctuary yesterday to see what kittens there were, perhaps with a view to thinking about getting one, but mainly to cheer ourselves up by looking at cute kittens. Big mistake! A bit like going shopping when hungry.

So now we will be welcoming these TWO cuties into our furry family:

We did go to have a look at the top kitten as we'd seen her pic on the internet. When we got there the staff explained that she had a sister and they were really close so they wanted to home them together, though they would split if necessary. However, after we saw them eat together, play together and then curl up on top of each other to go to sleep we couldn't split them up so reserved both. So that will be 4 cats and a dog. We really are becoming the mad cat ladies...

I think it's much kinder (for yourselves too) to adopt kittens in pairs. Celia Hammond Rescue only let you do this in fact.
