I'm not going to make an offer as I don't want to buy it, but I'd recommend having a look at the kind of price that road bike conversions normally sell for on here.
A better idea might be to try and sell the frame as a road bike frame with the pantographed chainset to someone looking to build up a road bike.
In any case, being realistic and trying to save you from the ridicule that is bound to follow, I would suggest around £150 might be a more fitting price.
