Hi Clara, i call the 'non emergency line' often or used to as we had alot of local trouble where i live, they are there for you to log any incident, if it is bad enough to concern you, if you are injured even more so, i would call them back and try again and if no joy ask to speak to a suppervisor, they need to log it if you want it logged.
