Please report dangerous drivers to the police - Roadsafe. Report to plod, not just whinge here.

I tried to fill in an online form to report it but that told me to call 101 which i did, the police man told me I didn't need to report it! But if I really wanted to I could go into the police station and do it there! Less than helpful as i'm currently slumped on the sofa in alot of pain.
I can't believe that they got it so wrong. You and the car driver have a duty to report the injury as soon as possible. Even if you crash on the road with no other vehicle involved any injury should be reported. I will complain about bad advice on the 101 line to the police we work with on the Cycle Safety Working Group.
