Not really, Specialized have basically redesigned the frame around the Allez which is very much a road geometry. This make the Langster even more suited to rocketing around town than before.
Actually the old Langster* have an almost identical geo to the Allez.
The 2012 is now a track geo.
Do you meant to says it look more like the Allez due to it's flaccid top tube?
*unless you're talking about the first ever Langster of which the geo was a track one before they used the Allez geo).
