I just went for a little ride up Toys hill.
When I got to the top I was pretty thirsty and ducked into the Fox and Hounds, smiled at the Landlord, said hello and asked for a refill of my water bottle.
The Landlord asked me 'are you going to buy anything'?
I answered no, so he says 'well its no from me as well'.

after a little arguing; "this is a public house not a public convenience", "my water is metered why should I give it to you for free" and "there's a water butt out back you can use that" I went on my way.
