This - can't stress the importance of a good quality seatpost. I rode the omnium with a cheap alu post for a while, it was agony, then a cheap carbon, slightly less agony and...finally was sold a 3T Dorico ltd post by Olmo Sam (for crazy cheap) and now it's like sitting on a stiff thing with a buttery smooth edge.

I have the same post, during an "effort" on the turbo you can see if move around A LOT.

The amount of flex in there can clearly absorb a lot of chatter from the road- mine is very comfy, and I have a retarded Weight Weenie saddle on there that is basically a solid carbon fibre shell.
