In situations like these it's probably best to hit the car.
Then they have no leg to stand on as they have hit you, but also car bonnets have a lot more give and may give you a softer landing than tarmac.
I got away with a car turning into me and me landing on his bonnet with just a scratch and some bent forks once. To be fair missing the guy then wasn't an option - he just drove straight into me, but I had just enough time to get my legs the fuck away from his bumper and land on his bonnet.
