Right, can't find the lead for my camera so this advert is going to be sans pics for a day or two. I've got one of these to move on to make way for something sensible with a rack:

I've taken the stickers off and upgraded some parts as follows: Saddle - a much comfier one off my road bike. Chainring - Sugino 46t in black. Front caliper - Dura Ace. Bars - Nitto NJS (I hate flexy bars). Tyres - Conti Gatorskin, the rear's quite new. Seatpost - half decent planet x job. Pedals - Shimano SPD.
The BAD - front wheel needs some new bearings, I've been riding it without worries but it doesn't spin for long.
