• I'm going to enter three "near London" events in 2013 as soon as I can walk normally again- which I have high hopes will be Monday at the rate my foot is healing.

    Looking for a spread through the year so I can (hopefully) track progress as each one gets faster.

    I don't know about the swim- haven't ventured into the pool for 5-6 years.

    However I can do the ride now (on a road bike, not tried it on a TT bike), and could do the run in that time last year when running was part of my training.
