For Sale: Complete bike, frame, bars, wheels & more

Life isn't going my way at the moment, & that money thing is proving to be a problem. I need to sell the bits & bobs that have been sitting around so that I can stay in the wonderful London town & not have to move in with the parents oop north.

Pick up can be from Stoke Newington (N16), Easts on Wednesdays or LMNH. Please, please no time wasters or dibsing & then disappearing!

1. This is my first fixed gear build & I really don't want to sell Col. Mustard (as he is known) but he doesn't get the use he deserves. He is a Carlton frame 53cm seat tube, still has his lovely headtube badge (albeit a bit worn), smashing chrome forks, comes complete with brooks saddle, reflective cat dangler, northroads bars with brooks tape, good quality hardwearing wheels & tyres (brown white wall tryes which have been fantastic on the London roads). I had road cleats on this which have now been transferred to another bike, I will pop some standard flat pedals on but you will want to fit toe straps.
   I'm looking for £150 complete. SOLD

2. A Raleigh Mixte frame in burgundy. This is in relatively good condition, the transfers are all there & the chrome forks are in very good condition too. I bought this for parts for my housemates bike & intended to build it up as a single speed shopper but never got round to it (time, space, money etc etc). It comes with the original saddle and chainring/cranks. It is a larger size mixte but you dont seem to have the seatpost very high on these things.

1. Sakae GT drop handlebars. Scratched & grubby on the drops but once taped will be fine.

1. Look Keo pedals, threads all ok. Unfortunately don't have any spare cleats.

2. Look pedals, blue, again threads all ok. Were on a bike I bought so surplus to requirements.

3. Shimano 105 pedals with plastic cages, all threads ok. (I really don't get on with cages so they have to go!)

4. Red Selle Italia Gel flow saddle. Needs a clean but otherwise in good condition (I didnt like having mismatched saddle bar tape colour)

5. Push seatpost 27.2 diameter. Still in its original packaging/sleeve thingy. Was bought for the housemate but I bought the wrong size. It has some insertion marks at the bottom, but therey are below the minimum line.

1. Shimano rear brake. Silver in working order.

2. Shimano Positron 400 rear mech, looks in good order with plenty of life left in it.

1. Wheels pair. 6 speed on Shimano 600 hubs on Weinmann rims. In good order, again bought for the housemate & then not used.

2. Pannier bags. Bought in Holland & used a couple if times to ferry stuff from home to here. Perfect for records (but very heavy once filled!). In great condition & sturdy once fixed.

3. Wicker basket. Looks great on a vintage type bike. I had them attached to Col. Mustard for the tweed run one year. I just don't use it so someone else should.

4. Abus Granit lock with all keys (I think I know where they all are) & if you want a smashing lock cosy.

I’m kind of tempted by the Raleigh frame as I have the exact same one but slightly smaller. It’s an awesome frame but I could do with it being a bit bigger.

Also – boo to moving back up north. Everyone should buy Betty’s stuff so she can stay here.

the Col is lovely, maybe a touch too small for me hope someone buys it and the rest of your stuff and you get some good luck in your life soon x
