Wanted: cheap front wheel

Posting on behalf of my flatmate who has sadly become a victim of the vicious London bike thieves... Anyone have anything good value out there? It is to go onto an uber-beater which I built out of spare parts so anything good (ie expensive) would be wasted.

700c, tyres etc included would be a bonus - otherwise not picky.

All offers will be both considered and appreciated.

I have a wheel, needs truing a little but it will work on a beater. Could post it for like £25 + postage including tyre and tube?
