is not actually mate. it is a 290 but its a custom 61.5cm X 54cm top tube which ended up having a very slight negative slope. i know it has been tagged as such but it was more of a result from desired sizing from owner.. its tall and not very beautiful but there isnt anything wrong with the build.

That's a little harsh I would say. It's definitely not how I'd have set it up, but cut the steerer a bit and probably get rid of most of the white and it'd be fairly nice.
