My current road fixeh is 6.8kgs thats why i think i can bring it to under 5... I am now stressing im going to destroy it riding.

Have you actually weighed your current one, or is that speculation?

1-2 = -6.8 Which is obviously lighter.

you could always just weigh it in an elevator...

My steel BJ weighs that...ish . I'm going to upgrade to a lighter alu frame, with 1.1/8" threadless carbon forks. Was kinda hoping to get down to 6Kg without much expense.

If Cable B = 5Kg, Bike weight D could well be sub 1Kg.

Yep, kitchen scales purchased for cooking duties and pressed into service for component weighing on an ad hoc basis, and the hanging scales (fish scales I think they are) I did buy for bike weighing.

Have you calibrated your hanging scale?

Mine over read by 6.7% at 8kg which I put down to the reverse WW tendencies of carp anglers......

i am dealing with Hotlines, it took them over 6 months to fail to deliver the same frame to Howard on here!

By the way, a customer came into work today with the exact frame you wanted paired with a steel fork and bar-end shifter.

It was awesome.
