They are for my girlfriend, who saw them and the design appealed to her, the short legs and low cut on the hips probably..
She isn't what you would call a keen cyclist, I have tried getting her in lycra before and struggled, and we are going to be embarking on some very light touring in September so she certainly needs some padded bibs.
