The bottom bracket threading is frame dependent, and has nothing to do with the cranks. What frame do you have? The vast majority of frames these days, including those from Italian manufacturers, are English threaded.
Dura Ace 7600 cranks are NJS approved, meaning they require an ISO taper rather than a JIS one. The Sugino 75 is, I believe, also NJS approved so will be ISO taper.
