A Penalty Charge Notice is most definitely NOT the same as a Fixed Penalty Notice.

These are both proscribed terms, and may not be used interchangeably.

Given that these both suggest that one can ride on the lanes fearlessly, I will take them as being fact. What is one to reply to a G4S monkey trying it on, or should one simply ride off?
