If she had walked over to your bike and started smashing it with a sledgehammer, you probably would have. Whereas she actually did something more reckless and dangerous to you, and now she's trying to shirk her responsibility.
And before you do get in touch with them, send her a text or leave her a message explaining that's exactly what you're going to do. And then ignore her calls/texts.
