I had norovirus about a month ago - took me a good week and a bit to feel back to normal - well, back to normal energy levels ; ) Hope you fix up sharp soon LH!
I'll be down with the late crew - need to see a man* about a dog** at home but then will head down - reckon I'll be there around 8/8.30-ish.
