Owl attacks cyclist - at DecaIronman UK in June one of these plate-faced goonbirds decided a Cervelo looks very much like a mouse and promptly attacked. This is maybe the best thing that has ever happened in a triathlon. Unless you are the rider, who bust his collarbone, or the owl, which was minced.
There's a pic floating around of the bike after - looks like Big Chief Sitting Bull left his hat on the handlebars.
