I feel it's best not to speculated, this is a person whom almost came close to death today and we're lighting our pitchfork up.
The only person who can speculated the event is Regal, but even so we still don't know whether he broke the speed limit despite riding recklessly.
All we can do is to wish him for a speedy recovery and hope he'll learn to take it easy in busy traffic.
