I'm 5'10 and its pretty much a perfect fit. So I'd say anyone from 5'8 to 6' depending on personal preference and how you have it set up. The seat post has plenty length too.
The forks come drilled and plugged, so they came with a brake hole at the back and a plug on the front painted over.
