On your bike can be a bit hit and miss, depending entirely on who you deal with I think.
Get the right person and they are really helpful.
Around this time last year I phoned them up (due entirely to them being a Cannondale dealer) and asked for a price for a set of Hollowgram Si Sl cranks, with bottom bracket assembly.
The bloke who answered said "I don't know mate, why don't you just buy them from the Internet?"
So I bought them from Edwardes instead, who said this when I phoned them "I don't know mate, what's your number and I'll call you back after I've spoken to Cannondale", which he did, and got a £700 sale out of it.
