What a ride!

The small pleasures of the underemployed!

Roads are quiet because of holidays and advice to stay off the roads. The sun is shining, the wind is light and all I could hear was the sound of my drive train gently purring.

I even did a couple of hill reps up to Blackheath - and those of you who know me from back in the day realise what a big deal that is.

Those of us that know Blackheath understand what a big deal that is. Sod that climb up to the common. Extremely jealous right now as i tap away in my cubicle of doom.

oh, and yes you can def take bikes on the cable car....went on sat, it was awesome!

this is the dilemma, you either have time to ride but no money, or money but no time, rarely both!

You've seen me on some Christmas and new year rides as well.

Not riding as much as I used to (for various reasons) but enjoying the ones I do manage. Rides like this remind me what it used to be like.
