Beware relying on streaming ITV4 at work - you'll be denied if your server is not based in the UK (apparently).

As with BBC Iplayer, use a VPN. I use blackvpn here in Germany, works great is only E4 a month.

I thought it was pretty poor to be honest. (the program content not the opening sequence)
By the ad break we'd had 15-20 mins of next to fuck all, yes Gary fisher and graham obree are nut jobs, jolly good. Felt like we spent 30mins watching and listening to the presenter talking slowly.
4/10 could do better. Hoping to see a marked improvement.

Haven't seen it but might watch it on catch-up...

Yes, it's on the red button tonight, highlights tomorrow at 1300 on BBC1, red button again on Saturday then live on Sunday afternoon.

Ahhh - thanks - yes. Wasn't sure what that meant. Do I just got to BBC1 and push red at the appropriate time and go from there? Sorry, I'm useless!

Basically, yes. Coverage tonight is from 1900 so press the red button after then and then follow the menu options.
