Tags should be brought back, but everyone can only see their own tags, but keep them searchable.
That would make putting offensive tags a bit pointless and stop people having excuses for being offended by tags, as they would have had to search for them.
This would allow them to go back to their original intended use of for indexing...
Is that too sensible?
