yep 68mm bb with english threads and rear spacing is 117mm inside to inside.

when I bought it I didn't consider the stuck piece of post to be a problem as its so far down the tube. Its a minor imperfection which cant be seen and doesn't effect anything....unless you like having lots of extra post in your seat tube....but who does that? surely you'd cut off any excess length or get a post that's a good length..no?
