Rider/s down on the stretch up to the cafe as you go anti-clockwise. Saw one rider holding their shoulder, sitting on the grass, but there were around a dozen riders stopped. An old BMW was parked, so guessing it was involved somehow. Police were there pretty quick, but ambulance took around 30 mins.
