Hi guys,
Me and the girlfriend are going away on the 19th of August for six weeks roughly, and we would like to rent out our room for that period or at least some of it so we can get some of our rent back
This is the AD:
spacious doube room to rent from the 19th of August until the 3rd of October in a beautiful house between West Dulwich and Tulse Hill. The rent is £600 for the whole period. All bills included, including wireless internet. £200 deposit to pay when you get the keys.
The room: spacious, bright double room with double bed. You will have a wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a desk. There is a huge window that let the sun shine through. The tv you see in the picture won't be in the room.
The House: Beautiful victorian house in quiet residential area with a big living room/open plan kitchen, conservatory and garden. Dish washer, washing machine, tumble dryer. You will share it with 4 friendly people, all in their late 20s/ early 30s, all professionals.
The location: just perfect! 10 minutes walk from either West Dulwich (11 minutes to Victoria) or Tulse Hill station (15 minutes to London Bridge), great connection to Brixton with several buses (2, 3, 196, 432, 322) and night buses N2 and N3. All the amenities within walking distance.
