    Anyway, on with the listing. I'm banned from having t'internet as it's a desert island, not the Isle of Man. There is no t'internet.

    1) A solar powered/wind up speaker set. Doesn't have to be mahoosive, like those King Tubby ones.
    2) An iPod or a similar hard drive thang with a ridiculous amount of music on it. Think entire spotify/iTunes library.
    3) Big ol' machete
    4) Big ol' book about how to do survival stuff
    5) Big ol' mountain bike

    p.s. hands up to Robin for posting Max Brooks' Zombie Survival Guide list. Brilliant book.

    How can I get hold of the past desert island disc recordings? The BBC doesnt keep a back catalogue as far as I know.
