There's a room available at my girlfriend's house on Old Bethnal Green Road for the month of August. In the house are 4 recent graduates (2 of us with 9-5 jobs). The room comes furnished and is pretty spacious and could easily house a few bikes. It's above a shop so there's a narrowish staircase to get up to the house but I manage everyday with my roadbike.
£600 inc bills
