At the risk of it looking like I'm shilling for them, I'll repeat my recommendation for CycleClubSports (links above in posts #10 and #14) if there's no joy finding a UK supplier - they had them in stock a few weeks ago, and didn't take the piss with postage from the US.
Don't know what they'd do if you tried to order a hundred, but they put four in a bigger box than needed and just posted it. (OK, just looked - they reckon they have 36 of the XS cap in stock, and that postage to the UK for all 36 would be 12 dollars. Ordering 15 would give a total, inc postage, of just under fifty bucks. That might get stung for duty and tax on the way into the country though - I think the tax free limit is £15.)
