Thomson layback and brown San marco regal stolen in soho tonight between 6 & 11. Anyone who works down that way keep an eye out for it being sold on by anyone. Not a chance but heh at least the rest was double locked....

Athila, if need be, you could do a little of your own investigation by going to the seller's buying feedback, then contact the sellers whom they have purchased items from previously to get a name and address (explaining that they are a thief!).

Morning All,
A friend of mine had his beloved Charge Plug stolen from inside his shed in Brockley on Monday night. The toe-rags broke in through his back gate, smashed the wood around the lock on the shed and stole his locked bike (not sure what it was locked to). I'm assuming they're local and had seen him pushing the bike in after work in the evenings.
I've sent him to the "what to do when stolen" thread and we're scouring Gumtree, but if anyone comes across anything similar for a suspiciously low price please let me know.

was watching a film today with a couple of my friends in hammersmith so locked up my bike pretty safe up by the hammersmith town hall
on finishing my film saw two suspicious kids near my bike i didnt think much about it at first but on approaching my bike i saw they were trying to unscrew my thomson bolts connecting to my zoncolan saddle so i picked up a cone from the roads and bash one of them in the back my friends chase the other awaydid i do wrong?
because one of the council people said they going to report me to the police so i just rode away

Certainly not. But you could have damaged the cone.

Just noticed that if you look at the sellers completed listings he already tried to list it on July 13th with a start price of 99p and then must had made the item no longer for sale.
