get a cycle fit. Even if it's just getting a mate to help you with the Competitive Cyclist online fit and a turbo trainer to test it on. Then weigh up what you want, custom steel will be unique and you can have it exactly how you want, but will have to wait a while, OTP titanium may do everything you need and want but won't be unique. It also depends on what you thinks looks nicer.
