  • Recently I've started to feel very unhealthy. And to be fair my diet hardly ever contains fruit or veg in large quantities. Can people point me in a couple of basic and easy vegetarian meals other than stir frys? Most of my meals do contain red meat, so is fish a good substitute?

    I would definitely recommend making your own veg Vietnamese Pho 'style' noodle soups - they are a great, healthy vehicle for a shit load of veg. Middle Eastern recipes as well tend to be light and fresh as well - making things like Baba Ganoush / Tabbouleh / Fatoush are all delicious and full of good stuff!
