Wow that's bad for a top end derailleur. Maybe Condor can get it right for you, but I guess you'll just end up in the same situation again when you have to change a cable / adjust for cable stretch or new chain or something. I can't imagine why an Ultegra FD wouldn't work with the rest of the setup. Fingers crossed you find a solution!
