• The TRP is very much a marmite, they've fantastically easy to work on, offer two kind of position (came with a shim to have a flat hood, or those old school sloped hood, not sure what the latter's actual name is).

    The levers flare out more than the SRAM making braking on the drop reasonably comfortable, the size mean it's nice and comfortable to wrap your hand around and pull the bar.

    What I did not find comfortable about it is the hood shape, felt like a V rather than a U shape, which dug into my hand annoyingly enough, thought it shaped like a campagnolo ergo, how wrong I was.
