Looking to build first fixie/single speed bike and want a nice steel frame under £200
Need the frame to be a reasonable price really ideally with quite tight clearances ideally including headset too but not essential.
Also I would like the ability to have front and back caliper brakes.

also looking to move fairly quickly as only about london until Thursday!!! (surrey at the moment)
