Adam's is slightly lighter (less beefy rear end), a different size (a little smaller) and slightly less mental/aggressive handling, there are other small differences around the BB, seatpost, cable mounts, etc.
He'd have a retail price if he works out a S, M and L off-the-shelf option (possibly coming soon), but these are fully custom, so it depends what you're after. (Everything changes the price, it depends on frame tubes, fork chosen, lugs, dropouts, cable mounts, disc mounts, paint, etc.)
