DeRosa panto is as shown in the photos in your post, which seems to make it that 80's - 90's vintage you're looking for. It has chrome Campagnolo fork ends, color is silver/grey, steerer tube is on the short side @ 10.9 cm. Just let me know if you're interested. Thanks! Rob
